Stand packages

As with the delegate rates, these prices have remained the same as last year. The package includes a shell scheme with a socket outlet and two spotlight fittings. All other stand furniture can be hired from the shell scheme suppliers, Melville Exhibition and Event Services. Further information will be sent out closer to the event.

Cost

• 3x2m2 stands £1,950+VAT
• 3x3m2 stands £2,750+VAT
• £295 per m2 for larger sizes

If you would like a larger stand or to build your own, please discuss this at the time of booking.

Stands are being chosen on a first come, first served basis and bookings are secured on receipt of deposit and signed booking form. It is possible to reserve a stand, but should another organisation wish to book it, you will be asked to make a decision within 48 hours or move to your second choice stand.
